By accessing this website, submitting documents, requesting services, making payment, or otherwise using Plagify, you (“Client,” “User,” or “Customer”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of this website and refrain from using our Services.

1: Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• Plagify means the website, business, team members, affiliates, editors, writers, contractors, and representatives operating under the Plagify name.

All services are provided strictly for research assistance, editorial review, academic guidance, and reference purposes only. Plagify does not guarantee any academic grade, institutional approval, acceptance, publication, or examination outcome.

3 :Acceptance of Orders

An order shall be deemed accepted only when:

• The Client submits complete instructions
• Required documents are provided; and
• Payment or written confirmation is received by Plagify.

Plagify reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, postpone, or cancel any request where:

• Incomplete or misleading information is submitted
• Deadlines are unreasonable
• Payment or written confirmation is received by Plagify.
• Compliance with applicable law or policy requires refusal.

4: Client Representations & Warranties

By submitting an order, the Client represents and warrants that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• All uploaded material belongs to the Client or the Client has legal authority to provide it
• Submitted materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The Client will independently review all delivered work before use or submission and
• Use of the Services complies with the Client’s educational institution policies and applicable law.

The Client accepts sole responsibility for all decisions made regarding use of delivered work.

5: Delivery & Timelines

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

• Incomplete instructions
• Delayed client responses
• Technical interruptions
• Document complexity; or
• Revision requests.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Plagify shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6: Fees & Payment

Service fees shall be determined based on:

• Academic level
• Complexity of the request
• Deadline
• Document length and
• Scope of revisions.

Full or partial payment may be required before work begins. Plagify reserves the right to suspend, delay, or decline Services where payment remains pending or incomplete. All payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms.

Upon full payment, the Client shall receive the final deliverable for personal use, academic guidance, editing reference, and research purposes. Plagify retains all rights in its internal processes, systems, templates, branding, and proprietary workflow. Plagify shall not reproduce or publicly disclose client documents without permission unless required by law.

10: Refund Policy

Refund decisions may consider:

• Order progress
• Work completed

Delivery status

• Revision efforts undertaken
• Payment confirmation and
• Communication records.

Refund approval shall remain at Plagify’s reasonable discretion. Approved refunds shall be processed within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

11: Disclaimer of Warranties

Plagify makes no express or implied warranty regarding:

• Publication acceptance

University approval

• Plagiarism checker variations across institutions
• Suitability for any particular academic purpose.

Similarity percentages may vary depending on third-party plagiarism detection software.

12: Limitation of Liability

Plagify shall not be liable for:

• Academic penalties
• Grading decisions

Examination outcomes

• Publication refusal
• Loss of opportunity.
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Client misuse of delivered material.

In all circumstances, Plagify’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the relevant order.

13: Changes to Terms

Plagify may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14: Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the website, or services provided by Plagify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and New Delhi, India.
